Monitor and check out materials
Maintain Vendor & employees contact Nos
Attendance to HR & Admin Manager for uhcp & uhci staff ( 15th to 14th Every Month )
We are also preparing attendance for outsource staff Talisman & Rare Hospility )
Maintaining claim MIS tracker (forwarding claims to claim dept with Head Office (Mumbai) after generating the case id to the 
intranet & mention the said case evaluation of the same
Prepare utility tracker and same send to Finance / Admin Team in every month 
Weekly envelop papers consuming updating 
Preparing provision tracker 
Other assignments given by manager
